    Hotel and location were nice; however the room was not especially clean, the shower had mold on the floor, hair on the shower floor as well as bathroom floor, and there was no soap. There were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths and our reservation was for 3 people, so it was frustrating to have to go and retrieve the appropriate necessities.

    No Service in the room for 7 days

    We stayed at your hotel in August. Never received any service in the three days we were there. Always had to ask for clean towels. We stayed at the hotel September 28 through October 5 and when we needed towels they were not replaced with the exception of the first day when I asked the cleaning crew to replace our towels. I was told if you leave the dirty towels outside the door they would replace them. The next six days I did that and not once where the towels were replaced. Very disappointed that our trash cans were not emptied and the hard floors were very dirty. One day someone did enter our room and attempted to make the beds. Photos attached. If this is how the beds are made it is sad. We had guests over and the trash cans were full. They asked if we were receiving room service and I said apparently not. I reported the lack of service to the front desk. I apologized and said that they are short staffed. This is no excuse. Replacing clean sheets were never done. What is the policy for maid service for a 7 day stay? I do not feel we receive the service that is included in the price I paid which was almost $873.00.

    Excellent value in south St. Louis area

    Initial engagement at front desk for check-in was much less than hospitable, however, all other staff I engaged with were quite friendly. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. This hotel had recently been renovated and was a great value for the price.
