Mucb better than I had antipated.
The hotel was better than i had expected. Recently refurbished bedroom and breakfast room. Bathroom was original but immaculately clean and lots of hot water from a powerful shower. Nice towels and bed linens. Breakfast was a great choice with freshly brewed coffee and tea options. The locstion is ideal for the lake and for town. Just a few minutes walk from both. Plenty of free parking too which is a blessing in Bled. If you are considerinh booking do it. We had a lake view room on the 2nd floor.

Lovely location but uncomfortable rooms
The hotel is in a perfect location for Lake Bled. I had a nice room, recently refurbished (excluding the bathroom). But it was extremely warm - the ac controls were useless. There was a portable unit but it was extremely loud. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept on. The staff were, however, very helpful when I had any questions.

Not what I’d hoped for
The hotel itself was good, pool area huge, exercise rooms good, breakfast had lots of choices. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was behind a facade so absolutely no view of anything. I don’t know if that was a hotel choice or because we booked through hotels.com. Maybe they give lesser rooms to guests that book with slightly discounted rooms. There was a banging noise that could be heard during the day but luckily not at night. All in all, I would say I could stay there again but not in that room.

Disgusting
The room had stains on the wall and carpeting and the shower leaked. Additionally, the laundry service woke us up each morning at 4am. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
