Nice Hotel
Service was good. Parking was far. The lot that was near didn’t have reserved parking for guests.

6/10 Good

Good, bad and ugly.
Room was nice. Shower and bathrooms were great.. bed was very comfortable. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was poor. Obviously short staffed. Waitress was trying her best to keep up, but the crowd was overwhelming her. Taste and flavor of food was rushed. Had boneless chicken wings as appetizer and they couldn’t even be eaten. Hard as a rock and barely flavored. Had one and that was it.. thought I broke a tooth. The following mornings breakfast was equally as bad. We ordered toast and muffin with other items. The toast and muffin never showed up. Coffee was few and far between. Your restaurant needs work. Overall I rate a 6. Had the restaurant been up to par a easy 8 or 9.

Time for a remodel
This Hilton is showing its age. A mirror was cracked, a cabinet door was off the cabinet, one light bulb was missing it’s cover, etc. This hotel was great in years past. It is time for a remodel.

4/10 Fair

Not worth the money
They put us in a regular double room, not the Club Room 2 Queen Beds we paid extra for and was charge several extra hundred dollars more than should have. Thermostat was broken and it was SO hot (over 90 degree outside); barely any towels, I think we had one hand towel and one washcloth in total. The bathtub was rusty and the bathroom was not so clean.

Great location, poor service
Valet parking was a nightmare. They only had one person running the valet and it was completely backed up. Additional lines checking in to the room. Rather than fight the crowds returning from a nearby concert we asked where the stairs were. The response we received was we have none. Seriously you’re a high rise hotel which mandates you have them and we had already used the out of the hotel. There wasn’t a keycard entry at the door to get back in and we couldn’t locate stairs with any signage.
