Beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. We caught the tram downtown and were able to explore Tours quite easily. We had a suite that was so roomy along with a huge bathroom. We used the spa everyday to swim and relax. It was very clean and quiet. The gardens were so well kept and beautiful!

Great welcome and the hotel and grounds are lovely. Service was a bit slow for lunch on arrival and I had to go back to reception to find some waiting staff but once at the table they were all very good. Dinner was superb. More of a boutique hotel in lieu of a chateau. Not walkable to town. Walkable to the tram that will take you to town. Not king bed. Two singles pushed together. Not 517 sq ft. 250 sq ft at best. Breakfast is basic. 2 onsite restaurants closed between 2 and 7. A bit disappointed to be honest.
