My travel partner for booking hotels - has always been Hotels.com.
This is the first time I am disappointment rather devastated of the room we received v/s the room pictures that's shown in Hotels.com. The room was small, unclean - right from the towels to the accessories in the bathroom. The hotel is located in a very crowded place, where, the lobby is made use to serve food for outside people. ....completely disgusting.
I had not options, but to leave the hotel and check for another hotel to stay at. This is my first experience booking a hotel with Hotels.com & as a long time customer, would appreciate any kind of refund for the loss I made booking this hotel.
