Super friendly staff even when qe didnt get in until 12:30am...hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Very good coffee in the morning.
Clean with great access.
This is not a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, it seems this hotel has fallen on hard times due to Covid, and gutted most of its services. Things you might expect at a four-star hotel, even during Covid: responsive service and communication, hot water in the bathrooms, room amenities, and a general feeling that you're "taken care of." Sadly, our feeling after staying here was one of "you're on your own."
Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Unfortunately wasn't able to experience the full amenities (Covid restrictions). Great location
I visited this hotel for Christmas weekend 2020. The place was understaffed but they really did their best to make us feel comfortable. The local is great and the property beautiful. We stayed at a one bedroom room and it was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Like the property. No attention to replenishing towels, emptying trash etc. despite covid need to address basic services
The hotel was beautiful and obviously newly remodeled. The staff was very friendly and service was good at the bar/patio. The location was also central and fairly convenient. (although not super close to a metro stop). My only complaint is the the pillows were not comfortable at all. Otherwise a great stay!
This hotel was outstanding. We loved everything. Amazing attention at the front and it was spotless. We thank you!!!!
I would not stay here again ever. I wonder if the exceptional ratings are actually real. During my first stay, everything was fine until the morning of the last day-tons of ants running around and in the trash can. I had never seen anything like that before (I travel frequently). The front desk seemed rather nonchalant about them-guess it’s not an uncommon occurrence. On my next stay-later that week, I had several issues: the sink was leaking at the bottom every time I used soap (it was odd, it wasn’t leaking water but once I washed my hands with soap, bubbles leaked out of the pipe). I called for the maintenance guy and he was very unhelpful and not friendly. Next, I saw a bunch of spiderwebs on the balcony, so I could clearly tell that area hadn’t been cleaned. Lastly a huge centipede crawled out of the tub when I was getting ready to take a shower AND the shower head was not working at ALL! I called Hotels and even they mentioned the rudeness and unfriendly behavior of the front desk lady working. I checked out and haven’t been back since-I’m done!
The air in the room did not work the thermostat was actually missing and they had no other rooms available It was so dry and hot I had to get up and go outside to breath. So not feeling well due to this. Ruined my day and they had bottles of water that were hot at the front desk only . The room had lights missing. I was so disappointed with the rating of this hotel as well as the price I would not recommend. I paid to get sick and not be able to rest without any compensation due to the fact we used a 3rd party which was Expedia 😪😭😡 Also the front desk person was also the valet person so we stood at the front desk for 10minutes waiting to ck in Only one person was working
