Over priced, dated, and uncomfortable stay

The staff is friendly and professional, however parking is not convenient, and parking rules are not enforced for vehicles with boats or boat trailers. The rooms are dated, not too bad but are not with the price per night. There resort does not have anything other than pools and towels. There pool bar staff is friendly but they are t trained. I was over or under poured on all of my drinks. There is not sufficient staff to manage the pool area, so children were in the adult only area, also, there were not enough trash cans in the pool area so guests left their food containers and drinks around. I saw several employees pass by discarded towels and trash and did not pick it up. The air conditioning went out during the evening so this made for an uncomfortable stay. This is an over priced property and not worth what you pay
