Disappointing
We always stay at this hotel when we visit banff. This was probably our 4th night here overall. It was unfortunately a terrible experience. First of all i requested a room within view when i booked but even after requesting it again at the reception was given a room with no view. The bed linen was dirty and didn't looked washed since days. Worst of all at 8am construction work started. You come on holiday for peace ..not to be woken at 8am with a hammer on the head. I understand they need work done but then don't give a room on that floor near the renovation. Outside the room the whole hall was full of construction workers and material and their coming was being done. The ladies at the reception were not even apologetic and looked at me like my complaint was nothing. Terrible experience which is a shame because we loved this hotel.

Great accomodation. Clean. Trendy. You can tell it's an older hotel that has been renovated. But still a great stay. Nespresso in the room, icing on the cake. Location is prime. Right on Banff Ave, across from an IGA

Overall, the hotel lobby and guest room are clean, but I found a few pieces of hair on the bedsheet when I opened up the blanket. There is no fan inside the bathroom for ventilation. The room we had was quiet based on our request. Thank you.

Nice modern room with walk in shower. Elevator to get to the new section is a bit weird as you change elevators to get to the second floor. Perfect location!

Wonderful boutique hotel! Lobby and rooms modern and chic. Very clean accommodations. Nespresso machine in room! Front desk staff very friendly. Loved the hotel and would definitely recommend!
