The hotel is excellent we stayed in the upper deck infinity rooms which were quiet and comfortable. An issue with the air conditioning was quickly sorted out. The staff are friendly and helpful food is excellent. The beach area and taverna are pleasant with stunning views. I will definitely return to this hotel.

An honest review
This hotel is not worth the money, nor it’s star rating for many reasons 1. The suite we had was on a lower level -like a basement. As a result the room was muggy, smelly and damp. 2. Pillows were terrible. We had requested soft pillows in advance which we never received. It is impossible to sleep with the pillows in the room. They are hard and thick, 3. There is no turn down service 4. As a result of the lack of turn down service we left used towels outside the room. These were never taken away 5. Lack of basic bathroom my toiletries like shower cap and cotton buds 6. There is an internal vent in the bathroom through which we could here every single word that was spoken in the neighbouring room. I imagine we could be heard too 7. Terrible bed mattress. 8. The Sunbeds are awful -they are old and sagging. 9. Overall the hotel is very run down with aged and dirty communal areas I regret the money I paid for this hotel. It’s worth half the price.

Overall the hotel was very good .Staff friendly and food good. My first disappointment was the gym. The Running machine and exercise bike were old and worn out and they were rusty. They both need replacing immediately as I actually didn't think they were safe to use. I also wasn't happy that you had to pay for bottled water in the rooms. Every 5 star hotel I have stayed in before supply bottle drinking water in the room and replenish every day. They were charging €1.80 for a 500ml bottle of cheap branded of water. Apart from that our overall stay was very good.

Amazing property in front of the sea (take "Ocean view" for an open view on the sea, while "Sea view" is for the view on the port side (partial sea view, then). I enjoyed the shared pool with my room for more privacy and loved the access to a beautiful private beach (it's a pity that some customers always reserved for the whole day their sunbed, though). The breakfast buffet is amazing with an extraordinary choice of local food. Definitely a lovely stay, perfect to relax.

Nice overall with some improvements needed
Overall the stay was good but overpriced. The service was great except for the reception (didn’t seem like they cared very much). The rooms were, at best, 3-star level however charged at 5-star prices. The best part about the property were the pool and the private beach.

From Agiliki the manager to Maria and Marina in guest services, to the stunning design of the hotel, to the Incredible food, I loved every second.
