Central Rome
For such a centrally located hotel close to the railway station and walkable to the main sights the neighbourhood was safe, opposite a park. It is a grand building with good size rooms. Some help with baggage would be good as stairs and 2 elevator rides have to be negotiated. Staff were however most friendly.

Great experience...friendly and helpful staff! Best pillows/beds and water pressure from all the hotels we stayed in on our two week vacation! Didnt get to do the breakfast as we had urgent unexpected flight changes but we had planned a 6a.m. shuttle and the hotel offered us a to go breakfast because we were leaving before breakfast started which wouldve been amazing if we wouldnt have had to rush out due to flught changes. We appreciated the thought though! Excuse our pix as we had already made a mess of the room prior to us taking pix and i was so exhausted from travel that i didnt bother to even make the beds.

Disappointing
The room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable. However, it was quite run down - there was a hole in the wall and the toilet flush mechanism almost fell off the wall whenever we flushed the toilet. The room looked nothing liked the advertised pictures and was extremely dated. Some of the front desk staff were pleasant, others were less so and seemed somewhat annoyed at having to deal with guests. The location is convenient to the train station but a too far out from the centre. We stayed at three airbnbs prior to this while in Italy and they were far less expensive, better located and much much better appointed.

Great hotel in Rome
Great hotel excellent staff. The hotel is older but very clean and the rooms have very cold air conditioning. This is our second stay here in the last five years. Would definitely recommend the wait staff are amazing and are long term employees. We also enjoyed the bar every evening with reasonable prices.

Great hotel!
Good central area within walking distance to a lot of main attractions. There are a few homeless people in the nearby but they are incredibly quiet and don’t bother anyone. Good desert shops and wineries next to the hotel. Roberto at the front desk was SUPER helpful and friendly, gave us restaurant recommendations around the hotels. The park across the street from the hotel is very nice, it has good food and live entertainment. We bought the package that included breakfast and it was worth the extra cost. The convenience of having a continental breakfast right downstairs was great. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Clean, top tier staff. The area adjacent to the property is a little rough due to proximity to termini and the park which attracts migrants and drug users. However, great value, will stay again.
