    Scam Artists

    I booked this hotel last minute for one of my employees to stay at who ran out of driving hours for the day. Paid in full before he got to the hotel. This hotel refused to allow my employee to stay with them because he did not have a Credit Card for incidentals. Nowhere was it mentioned that the person staying at the hotel would have to provide a credit card for this reason. After checking my employee's ID the manager of the hotel still refused him and actually threw his ID on the floor and told him to "get the F&%# out of the hotel now". Even in a pinch this hotel was unwilling to help us out and is REFUSING to give us a refund. We DID NOT stay at this hotel and they are still going to keep our money and not refund us. My guess is they are double booking and trying to make double profits. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

    Although not the most modern, the room was spotless, smelled fresh, and the bed was crisp and fresh. The exterior was well lit. The desk person was super courteous and helpful. Overall one of the stays I’ve had anywhere.

    Travelodge in Quesnel

    Acceptable for the price. But since it's right on Hwy 97 there's lots of road noise througout the night. Beware if you're a light sleeper. Area is relatively safe and within walking distance to local eateries.
