Bad start to the trip
Check in was slow. They issued me a hotel card for access to lift and hotel room. I tried to access the lift however it was not working. I told the receptionist they told me to just go up first to wait inside the room for them to rectify the problem. I went up with my luggage as they instructed. however I still couldn’t access the room with the issues card. I went back down to tell them the problem. After some time, they told me the problem had been rectified. I went up and accessed my room but the electricity weren’t working for the whole room. I went down and told them the problem. They told me I didn’t know how to on the electricity. I showed them a video of the room and the way tried to on the lights. They then told me to wait outside the room while they contact the technician. I told them I would like to change room. They reluctantly did so.
