Conditions were not good. Dirty room. Elevator and hallways stunk like an old nursing home.

Pictures were deceiving! Furniture was ripped & dirty. Towel rack & toilet paper holder were falling off the wall. Had cold showers. No breakfast as stated (there would be bags of food to grab & go between 0800-1000 & there was nothing). Could hear neighbors yelling, screaming, & slamming doors. Rooms were dirty, trash left behind, hair in both showers. Lamp shade had soda on it. The refrigerator was sticky. No locks on bedroom doors. One bedroom door wouldn't shut. Very disappointed! Plus, there was a $250 refundable deposit that had to be paid up-front & still hasn't been refunded yet!

The hotel was lobby, elevator and hallways were dirty. Our room said clean but there was no way it was. If we hadn’t been traveling for 10 hrs in the car i would have left for a different hotel. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable but i would never recommend this place to anyone.

HORRIBLE. Stayed here before and had no issues which is why we opted to stay again. Not sure what has happened to this place but it has gone completely downhill. There were bugs in both rooms. 7 nights we paid for and had no hot water the entire time. Guest services did not care when we called to inquire. Cigarette smell wrecked throughout the entire hotel. The rooms, the stairwell, the hallways. Customer service essentially nonexistent. No one seemed to care enough to help or do their job. All the towels had stains. It seemed as if the place hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. We brought our own Clorox wipes and Lysol spray and cleaned the place. Unacceptable for the $1300 we paid. Will NEVER stay here again. Extremely disappointed in Sonesta Es Suites Arrowood. Save your money and go elsewhere. DO NOT give this hotel a cent of your money because you will be disappointed.

TERRIBLE!!! It was suppose to be a weekend getaway for my children since being cooped up in the house due to covid.. Our first room had hair in the beds toilet seat broke, I almost fell in the toilet. Carpet filthy, chair filthy pet hair all over the place. Just nasty!!! Bathrooms floor had not been mopped dirt on the floor. Complained several times finally transferred to another nasty room after giventhe run around. Not knowing pets were allowed in every room I now understand the filth. even asked for a room that pets were not in.. you would think that they would take more time in cleaning rooms during this pandemic and they DO NOT!! We even went to Walmart to purchase our own cleaning supplies to make it comfortable for us. The kitchen bathroom living area and bedrooms was unacceptable for us. Would not give us a refund to transfer to another hotel or discounted our rooms. Almost 400 dollars for 2 nights pluse 250 hold on a raggedy room is ridiculous!!!!

The room had a smell to it I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies so I clean the room myself. I will not go back we was not happy with the stay at all.

What makes this property pull people back in is honestly the staff. The staff is super nice and very personable. I really liked the 2 woman who helped me, BUT THIS HOTEL NEEDS HELP. It really isn't properly cleaned and it needs an update.
