Two and a Half Uncleaned Rooms
Check-in was a nightmare. We spent a half hour dragging our luggage up and down the elevators and hallways back down to the front desk because the first two rooms they sent us to were not cleaned. There were no bed sheets, crumbs everywhere, garbage cans flipped over. Our third room was finally clean but the bathroom wasn’t. We decided to just deal with it. The tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet paper dispenser was stuck between the wall and toilet, making it almost impossible to get toilet paper. The front desk staff was very nice but we were very disappointed in the hotel itself.

This is Marriott, Could be better!!!
Rooms were not properly cleaned prior to our taking charge. Bathroom was horrible, toilet not flushing properly, previous customer hair all over the towels left for our use. Just to mention a few.

Location is outstanding! Like everything about this hotel but their parking. I feel $43 is to high for a one night stay. Not many options other than city lots that are close by but would not want to leave my car their over night. Staff was very good and the place is very clean.

Everything was fine overall except there was an inhaler on the floor in the room when we arrived and the telephone in our room did not work and did not get fixed while we were there

Disappointing
The room was unfortunately not clean, there was a dirty rag on the floor when we entered the room, there were stains on the toilet seat we cleaned off before using and the towels hadn’t a strange smell. It was too late and we were too tired to alert staff so we made the best of our stay by cleaning with our own supplies before sleeping. The check in staff on 12.12.20 were very nice though and all staff we encountered in the morning to check out as well. Great staff, great location, gross hotel in terms of cleanliness unfortunately. Especially disappointing because they advertised as being super rated for their pandemic cleanliness. Would not stay here again.

Clean and comfy room. Friendly service. Has adjusted well to saftey measures currently required. Valet seems overpriced, but there were plenty of other nearby choices.
