The main advantage of the hotel is the position very close to Klcc. The elevators and rooms are old. I often found small insects in the bathroom. There is no choice of restaurants and the only one available one night was booked for a private function. It’s a 3 star hotel in a convenient location.

Business trip ro KL and stayed at the Hotel in a Junior Suite. Room was very tidy and clean however the hotel is looking a little tired but this didn’t spoil my stay. Great location close to the towers and would happily stay again

Rude staff - old rundown hotel
The staff at checkin and checkout was extremely rude. There was male staff on checkout who we asked to print one page which had our boarding passes for which he gave so much attitude and said you should do it from before as I am busy right now and was just extremely rude. The hotel is about 20-30 years old and extremely rundown rooms. There are so many other hotels in the vicinity for the same price so go there
