Superb !!
Every person in the Cecil staff made us feel special. It will be unfair on my part to miss names of the staff members but unfortunately don't recall all the names. Starting from the hotel Valet to Concierge to check in by Ankita to introduction to the smiling & ever helpful Deepika. These all people along with group of others were genuinely friendly and caring. Also thanks to the beautiful girl in the kids activity room (Brown eyes - sorry dont recall name but she is from Shimla!!) who gave us tour of the hotel from the kids room to swimming pool to fitness center and spa. Special thanks to staff in 'The restaurant' who took care of our appetite with delicious food and extraordinary hospitality during Dinner and Breakfast. The restaurant staff (whom i recognize by name) - Rohit, Shree as extraordinary servers and Rajkumar as a considerate Chef, followed by every person whose name I may have skipped but cant forget their shining and genuinely friendly eyes behind their masks. Keep it up Oberoi - Loved evey moment spent with you people.
