Excellent front desk staff! I mentioned that I would miss breakfast the day of checkout because of an early train. They kindly packed a bag breakfast and presented it on checkout! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooftop bar has a nice ambience and Chris the bartender is a great guy & very helpful.

Fantastic hotel
Hotel Greif was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. We were there to visit family member in hospital and the staff at the hotel were extremely kind, helpful and thoughtful. Our rooms were excellent, comfortable and a really good size with quality furnishings. The hotel is centrally located and public transport very easily accessed. We would fully recommend this hotel.

Exemplary service
Less than 5 minutes from the railway station on the main square, within easy walking distance from the Ritter Seilbahn and Bolzano's museums. The staff were lovely and Claudia particularly helpful in confirming how travel around Mt Ritter by bus. I was upgraded to a superior room with a mezzanine. My only quibble was the lighting system. All the lights came on when you entered the room and it took some time to work out how to turn the unnecessary lights off. Breakfast was more than generous. Each night the bed was turned down with a complimentary chocolate.
