Exceptional 10.0
Convenient for city centre
Very convenient for our few nights in town for Dublin Dance Festival. We've stayed here a few times but this was our first time in one of the Georgian Suites. Great to have the extra space. Our bathroom needed redecorating and there are not enough sockets. Otherwise very good.

Check in was good, no offer to take bags to the room which was a considerable way. Rooms was nice and spacious. One sink would not release the water and it was not sorted until the 3 rd day of our stay. roBreakfast was rubbish, asked for decaf tea from a manager and no tea arrived, we then asked a waiter who advised that they do not have decaf tea ,manager never came back to advise us. We moved the settee in the room to face the TV and we found a lot a rubbish under the settee. Not good enough. For the price paid for the 3 nights the service did not add up!

Good central hotel
Good hotel in a great location very near to Trinity College. A nice hotel with purple as their favourite colour. I would have had a higher rating other than breakfast the second morning was bizarre with no one waiting to take room numbers and then no one ever came to ask about tea/coffee. Such a lack of service wasn't evident on the first morning.

Fab hotel in great location. Reception welcome was excellent. Room was lovely, until I noticed the thick layer of dust on headboard. It made room feel grotty. Bar was very busy with party nights which was fine. But staff were over run and cldnt provide service to residents. We waited ages to be serviced, even acknowledged. So did another couple staying in the hotel. They got frustrated and left. When eventually served the barman did his best but had to apologise for not being able to make cocktails due to having no ingrediants. We cldnt get an Irish Coffee even. Spoilt the stay as we’d wanted to relax and enjoy the hotel. Check out was fine but conceirge brought back our car yet we werent told, even though we waited directly in reception. Effficiency not great but otherwise a lovely hotel

Nice hotel let down by the service
Rang this hotel when I was out soon after I had left the hotel on the second day of my stay. I was told I had not as nothing had been handed in . I am quite obviously in poor health and I wasted my entire day walking round the same few shops to see had it been handed in. Shattered and exhausted I returned to the hotel too late to get the train I had planned and well aware I will be in awful pain tomorrow and possibly the day after. I was told no phone had been handed in but I asked somebody to go up and check the room to be told it was left on the dressing table. Everybody denied taking my call earlier -.obviously. I am awful pain and will not be able to sleep tonight as the pain is so bad. Awful experience - I will be very slow to recommend this hotel to anyone
