The staff were amazing. The room was very clean. Due to Covid they only offered a bagged breakfast and I was asleep each morning past the breakfast time so I can not say if it was good or not, just that it was offered. I didn’t realize that you had to request daily room cleaning services so I was disappointed after returning from all my work activities to find my room just as I had left it. The next day I requested cleaning and extra pillows and when I returned it was done. The location was very convenient to most of the city.

Very surprised of the cleanliness especially being a Hilton hotel. Had a 3 day reservation and only stayed on night. First night we were moved to 3 different rooms. AC was broken in the 1st room, a lot of lady bugs in the 2nd room and woke up to lady bugs and stink bugs and other bugs in the living room and bedroom.
