Definitely not a 5 star level. Very mediocre hotel. I stay in Le Meridien in other places…
The service was fantastic! However, this hotel really need a refurbishment. It is wry…

staff was super friendly, breakfast was great. Hotel rooms are a bit outdated for a Le Meridien, but very comfy beds and spacious rooms! Enjoyed my stay
We spend a week here at the beginning of January. It’s officially a 5* hotel but probably more like our 3*/4* standard. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with the lovely plants labelled, so you’d know what they were. Also, there’s a lovely swimming pool (which we didn’t use, as it was too early in the year and not really warm enough!). The hotel location is really good. It’s about 30-35 minutes’ walk from the J’emaa el-Fnaa square (the walk was quite pleasant and safe – we did it by day and in the evenings). Hotel is just across from the Menara Mall, where there’s a good Carrefour supermarket (handy for buying snacks, wine, water etc).Bedrooms are perfectly adequate but definitely a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. The rugs beside the beds looked grubby and in need of a good steam clean! Also, there were only two available sockets in the room (and these were not located beside the beds). On the plus side, the beds were comfortable; and bathrobes were provided. Bedroom doors were shabby and the carpet in the hall leading to the rooms was stained. Good enough choice at breakfast …but weirdly, there appeared to be a shortage of small spoons and napkins . The room where breakfast is served is adequate but not particularly pleasant and relaxing. Reception staff were nice and facilitated a late check-out for us in a very nice way. Hotel Wi-Fi was ok – a bit unreliable. Assistance/advice from concierge Youssef could definitely have been better (wasn't interested in helping)
A lovely hotel, excellent facilities, lovely grounds, very helpful staff.
The staff and the service provided was exceptional. Everyone working in the hotel were professional and satisfied all our needs. It is a well ran hotel. However, the hotel is old and most of it furnitures are old too, which is not the fault of management. Definitely need to change some infrastructure in hotel.
Beautiful gardens. Excellent staff. Property very clean and well maintained, but rooms a bit dated. Still, good value for money.
For the cost, this hotel is not very modern or clean. The carpets are old, the buildings reek of smoke, the rooms feel more like an office suite than a hotel. There is also absolutely nothing Moroccan about this hotel so if you’re looking for an authentic experience, know that this is like staying at any other Marriott chain, but a bit older. Booked a room with two beds for my son and I, even specified at check in, and were still shown to a room with one bed and offered a cot.
Well located. It suited our needs for our stay. Pool staff not as pleasant as the others...
We had two rooms and one got better service than the other. My room had no drinkable water on arrival, had to use the minibar until reception sort this out. My friend’s room had a complimentary fruit bowl, mine did not. The pool was unavailable due to maintenance according to a notification in my friend’s room but not in mine. The WiFi was horrendous, very slow and unreliable, kept disconnecting for no reason
Great staff, v friendly and efficient. Porters v helpful in sourcing taxis. Outside pool restaurant maitre d’ was excellent, welcoming and so professional in his manner. Rooms bit dated but large and great view onto the gardens. Breakfast was v good with wide range of choice.
The service staff are warm and inviting...remembering your face after 1 day. After a week, I felt like part of the family. Room was noisy at night sometimes with banging doors, an argument, other miscellaneous noises.
