It was a beautiful space, conveniently located within the airport. You would not have to leave the airport to go into a differently building at all. Perfect for morning flights if you just need to roll out of bed and get to your gate.
My stay was lovely. The service etc was great. My only complaint is that i didnt know they were allowing bc residents a 5pm late check out. I would have only paid for 1 night instead of paying for 2 but not staying the second night (our flight was at 6pm the next day). We only heard they were doing that while we were already at the hotel because our friends stayed there a few days prior.
Great service at check in. Clean, tidy and very COVID friendly.
The fact that I paid 60 per person for breakfast and you charged me extra 15 dollars for eggs or potatoes was not cool and I will contest that bill. It’s not right. And the hotel should have said that things changed because of Covid and they should amend their prices for it. Also the pool bar wasn’t open at all. For that they should offer free delivery or room service for drinks amd snacks during day. We are here to unwind after working or for vacation.
Stayed on Halloween night, with our dog, to escape the fireworks. Well worth it. Lovely staff, nice in m-room dining and lovely bedroom. Shame WiFi isn’t included, that always bugs me as an extra when paying for a nice room.
nice hotel
Everything was fine only issue was that hot water took several minutes to be able to take a shower
Clean and comfortable. At $350/night it’s ridiculous to have to pay for internet access.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are huge and clean, but I was really surprised to find that internet wasn't complimentary to guests. Definitely not something to be expected of a 5 star hotel. Also no drinking water in the room. Nothing 's in the bar fridge. Next time I'll stay somewhere with complimentary breakfast, and definitely complimentary internet. I think there is much better value to be found elsewhere.
It was a quick overnight with an early flight out but perfect stay. Thank you.
