With covid it wasnt really worth the money staying at when we could use any of the hot tubs or springs.

Glad to have stayed there once
Any downside to our stay was mostly about the guests (and dogs) making noise around us. The room was smaller than expected but comfortable and clean. The Gold extras were better at breakfast than in the afternoon snacks. The parking fees were much higher than expected. Full non-Covid access to the pools would have brought the value closer to the prices charged. Love the Fairmont hotels; this one was not my favourite, although the location and experiences made for a great weekend.

Our visit was amazing and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and wasn’t ready till 7:30 pm. They did comp us a breakfast though to make it right.
