Nice enough hotel - some oddities
Overall it was fine. Shower head was installed too low (located at neck level!), bit plenty of hot water, so a win some-lose some situation. Ceiling was very high, which made the shower thing all the more odd. Metal in the bathroom was corroded; housekeeping should probably update management more often of deterioration so they can react ahead of time. No restaurant in the hotel, but plenty of places close by and Skip the Dishes is a thing!

The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, my stay was during a covid lockdown so there was minimal staff and the breakfast area was closed, although they did offer a bagged breakfast to go. All over, it was a pleasant stay.

Location in south Calgary was easy to get around from. Staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. They helped to solve any issue we had. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned well. Covid standards were well kept!

I stayed overnight at this location 1 night on October 28th, 2020 and I experienced the absolute worst Hotel experience of my life. That is significant as I have travelled around the world and stayed in many hotels. My experience is almost unbelievable! When I got into the bed, I noted that it was very cold and then detected that it was wet with my hand. I got out of the bed to further investigate at which point I detected a strong odour of urine coming from the bed. Yes, that is correct, I jumped into a hotel room bed that had not been properly changed and was full of urine from the previous guest. It was one of the most disgusting experiences ever. Furthermore, the Hotel has dismissed my complaint as there is no way to "prove" that the wet sheets were urine and that it wasn't from me. I guess I would have needed to seize the sheets for DNA analysis to prove it. I can assure you that this is the truth.
