Hotels.com stated this is 4 star hotel. It shouldn’t have any stars. Bathroom sink dirty. Hairs in the sink. Shower extremely old and needs remodeling immediately. No pillow or comforter. We left the hotel at 4 am as we couldn’t stay another second there. Extremely disappointed.
Very clean and wonderful. If you're looking for something off the strip, this is the place.
It’s amazing and quiet after I got in. No loud music or peope in the hall ways
We were surprisingly comfortable! It was a long a train track but it never woke us up. We slept very very well! And the beds were wonderful, The shower was excellent! I would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked very well. The bed was a little hard. The building Itself was very clean. The staff was courteous and efficient.
We got into the hotel late, but the receptionist greeted us, was friendly. The room was neat and spacious, and best of all the shower was amazing!
Second disappointment. Very disappointed with the facility and Hotels.com I paid for a better room and when I arrived to the Hotels.com the room given to me was a roomwith two queen beds Accessible, I reserved a room that cost $20 more to avoid exactly that, I a very tall man and the showers are way to low. At the front desk I was told that it doente matter what I reserved a room that cost more. Hotels.com guests get what is available and not what they choose, this happened before and if this is their new policy I will no longer use Hotels.com.
