Exceptional
Great for the business traveler.
The room was extremely clean and had lots of outlets and USB charging ports. The furniture was updated, giving the room a modern feel. I would happily stay here again. This is one of the best hotels in the Concord area that I have stayed at. I just wish that they had complimentary breakfast.

Rude staff especially the manager
It was horrible. Bad customer service. The manager at th front desk was rude and condescending. Very dishonest. I paid thru a third party site but had the hotel give my card 4 different pending charges. For one night incidentals were crazy high. After a few days one of the bigger charges went thru to my card. I was told when I called my account showed a credit and it depended on my bank when I would see it. Almost a week later still there. My card said as soon as credit or money is released they correct it. I SHOULD NOT have even been charged let alone 3 pending amounts of the significant amounts. They are no help. And I had to waste my time fixing it. They also downgraded my bed size. And manager was rude.

Over nite stay
It was a very clean hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating. We booked as we had to be at concord hospital early the next am. Convenient location to hospital.

Visit Mystic, not Marriott
The area was amazing, we were on a road trip through New England and Mystic did not disappoint. The Marriott was stuffy, overpriced, especially for a view of the rooftop of the spa.
