Great stay at Coast hotels
I had a great stay at this property. The staff were very pleasant, informative and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was beautiful, as I stayed in a king suite with a fireplace and soaker tub. The hotel is very quiet and I would recommend this stay to anyone. It is located close to the highway, so there is easy access to get out of Canmore and head to Banff, Lake Louise or Calgary. Even though it is close to the highway, you do not hear it in the room I stayed. Overall a great property. I stayed in room 266 and there was a mountain view which I appreciated waking up to. The property is also located next to a bunch of shops and restaurants, so right across the road there are many great options especially for food, coffee, etc.

Great place to stay!
I was heading to Canmore for a quick mountain getaway and I had not stayed here before. The rooms are simple, clutter free and clean. The person who helped me check in and out was friendly and accommodating to my late checkout request. It’s a great location if you’re coming and going and an easy walk to downtown. The hotel has been decorated for Christmas and it finally got me into the Christmas spirit!

It was great overall. Would be great to have a wash cloth/tea towel available for wiping up splatters when making coffee. Also a box of tissue would be nice.

Great five days.
Sadly there had been an issue with the water the day before our arrival that took more than another day to sort out. Our five night stay was fine after that - hot water in good supply - until the morning that we left when the hot water was not abundant which made for a cool start to the day. Still, staff were friendly and helpful and I have no issues other than this was a problem that wasn't sorted out properly. Still a great place to stay. Close to restaurants and fabulous views.

Water was shut off one day from noon till around 6 at night and all days after the water was only luke warm but not hot anymore. After working all day in the cold i was looking forward to a hot shower but water was only luke warm at most.

Great hotel, conveniently close to the highway and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, retail etc. Clean, comfortable room, nicely designed. Reliable WIFI. A few minutes drive to downtown and the Hoodoo Trail. Would recommend & stay here again.
