Excellent hotel
The hotel is in an excellent location to all attractions in dc. The hotel room was a perfect size and was spotless as well as the bathroom. They hotel offered free bottled water to all guests as well as free coffee and fruit in a chill out lounge. I would highly recommend the Club Quarters hotel to anyone visiting Washington.

Its a great experience.
They were very obliging to my needs and let me check in early and out late for free. Great location also.

No sleep until 2:30 am because of nearby nightclub
A nightclub about a block and a half away played loud music until 2:30 a.m. Could hear what the deejay was saying in my room. Front desk said they would ask them to turn it down (so apparently I wasn't first to complain), but night club did not, in apparent violation of the noise ordinance. Staff very friendly and professional but hotel needs to get the nightclub shut down. After two nights of this, I gave up and booked another hotel. The hotel management never got back to me about refund in spite of repeated inquiries. One expects sirens and general noise in a large city, but not a nightclub you can hear in your room at 2:15 am on a Monday night. Not a good match for a business trip. Also, the superior bedding turned out to be two mattresses pushed together under a single sheet so that one tended to fall in between them (see photo)--I would have disregarded that if not for the other issues. They did provide a certificate for a free weekend night at another of their properties, but was printed with same issue and expiration date. Will be avoiding this chain in the future.

Euro-style hotel for young professionals
Room was small European-hotel style, but with a queen bed. So it was a small room but well-appointed. Bathroom was modern and clean. Cafe Soleil on ground floor provided an excellent Saturday morning breakfast for reasonable price.

The people at the front desk was really nice, room was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. Me and my spouse would stay again 😊

Dated amenities and rooms, no access to the building between 12am and 6am even with a keycard (you need to buzz for someone to come get you who will begrudgingly do so). Convenient location though and clean. Fine for business but would be a terribly depressing place to stay with others and/or for vacation.

Although the front desk was polite enough, we were never told about the “club room” with “snacks” or about any other amenities. When we called down to ask for more coffee pods and towels, we were told someone would bring them but never did. My boyfriend ended up going to get them himself. We had no idea there was an “amenities closet” on our floor with some extra towels etc because the desk staff never let us know. I only discovered it after going to their website. The room itself was facing the street and was the one directly above the flag poles. These things were SO noisy due to the windy conditions. Between that and the hard beds that were two beds pushed together to make a King, I didn’t sleep well on night one. On night two, the nightclub outside that blasted music all night did the trick. I could hear the DJs every word. The rooms were small and nothing to write home about. Bathroom tiny. The location was great but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

Nice little hotel
Nice quaint hotel in great location. Prices are reasonable for DC. But there are some great 4 and 5 start hotels in DC. This one is not bad but not in that 3 stars. I enjoy staying here though. Front desk can be more pleasant.
