Confusing parking options
The check-in process leaves much to be desired and the room was not ready at the 3pm check in time. I was told that i woudl get a 20% discount on parking, but they did not say that it only applied to a particular ParkWay garage. The Parkway garage that I parked in did not accept the discount. This shoudl be made clear at the time of booking which garage wil get you a discount.

Had an issue with the sink drain not draining. After talking with front desk staff there were no other rooms available for the evening and the maintenance staff were not available to fix the issue. Outside of that I’ve used this hotel many times and will probably use it again. Just a small inconvenience that should be fixed.
