I love this hotel and the staff. They are so helpful. They even help me retrieve my delayed baggage from the airport. It’s walkable to all the sightseeing and the tours plus it’s right by the train station.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. It was very close to the train station, laundry service, pizza restaurant we went every day, supermarket ( right next door) around 10-12 min to the city center (walkable) I would recommend this hotel if you are coming from the train station with your luggage.

This was a perfect place to stay! It is close to the train station as well as the bus station where many tours to nearby Pisa and Tuscan wineries depart. Additionally, a special shout out to the kind and honest staff of this particular hotel. My wife had forgotten her new personalized Gucci bag in our room when we checked out.
