I did not stay here as intended. When I booked online, the website showed there was a room available which I booked and paid for but when I followed on 2/12 for my checkin info, I was told there was a booking system error and there was no room available. The person I spoke with kindly offered to help me find somewhere else and I was appreciative of the support they provided. However you need to fix this issue so no others are impacted by booking errors in the future. Highly disappointed I had to find this out the day I was supposed to arrive..

Very spacious with just essential furniture. Tired condition. Check in wasn’t smooth with key not being left where it was meant to. Bedding and Towels were only supplied for 2 people despite booking for 4, after numerous phone calls and eventually giving up there was a knock on the door at 11:15pm that night with the linen needed (my children were already asleep). Very basic as the price suggests

The apartment we stayed in was good in size with enough room size and comfortable beddings. although communication was poor as we didn't provide clear information about parking spots and the wifi password was incorrect. Moreover, during our stay, our apartment didn't get serviced. The room accommodate 4 people but the dining chairs were for 3. Some utensils need attention and need more pots and pans for cooking if someone wants to use them frequently.

This unit is in a great location for restaurants, groceries, public transportation and the airport. It is spacious, although furnishings are minimal and the single lounge is incredibly uncomfortable and dirty. The check in process is unnecessarily complicated (here's a hint that will make it easier: the key pick up is at the front of the building you're staying in) and communication with management was difficult. There were several areas that were quite unclean. We will not be returning to this property.
