Great hotel and staff
The staff at this hotel were excellent from Larissa during the day and Renata in the evening. Both ladies assisted us with dinner suggestions, which trams to take to wherever we were going, which bar to go to watch the US national football games. We also needed a pharmacy on a Sunday and Larissa researched it until she found which one was open. Renata also assisted me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. They deserve gold stars. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was ok. Breakfast is very limited, everyday day is the same menu so long stays are not recommended. Cleaning should be done at least every 2 days, especially if they only give you 1 bath towel. Cleaning service needs improvement, they never took away dirty plates from my room.

Spacious room with kitchenette. Comfy bed & clean bathroom. Free coffee making through out the day at breakfast area. Counter staff Maju did my checkin & checkout and she was efficient & friendly. Highly recommended. Sure definitely i will comeback to this hotel when i am in Vienna again.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Located on the number 2 tram route made it very easy to get into the centre of town for all the sites. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely. My only things for improvement are there was just one chair on the balcony which is nonsensical for a room for two and the kitchen didn’t really have anything to enable it to be functional eg there is a hob but no pans.
