Loved our overnight stay at the Travelodge. Perfect location centrally located close to all our event venues. Reasonably priced. Staff were welcoming and the service was excellent. Our room was spacious and the balcony was a nice spot to relax.

This was one of the most appalling experiences. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels in Perth for work. I have never experienced such bad hotel service in my life. First of all, the rooms outdated and old. I was not given the deals that I had booked for. The staff were very rude and not helpful. A staff member hang the phone up on me and was extremely rude yelling at me on the phone using very bad manner, after I had requested for food that I had delivered to be sent up to my room! I really regret staying at Travelodge and will never be back to this Perth hotel and I would recommend anyone thinking of staying here to stay clear!! It used to be a lot better but must be under new management and I hope this goes to upper management because it is very disappointing how bad of a service I experieneced. Very appalled
