Suite certainly wasnt sweet
We paid for a suite as we decided to treat ourselves. What we got was: no bedroom window, stained carpet, soiled sofa, exposed tile spacers, non English plugs, none english plug sockets, dirty glasses in the room (free water at least!), marked walls, the windows In the living area of the suite were filthy, there was a single light that didn't illuminate the suite living area even remotely, the minifridge was unplugged and dirty, with nowhere to plug it in on that side of the room. I asked at reception if all of the suites were like that and was told yep, sorry. Their advertising photos are very misleading. Don't stay here. My photos have been left on google as hotels.coms app wont allow me to upload

very very disappointing hotel- can not recommend
this hotel is a £50-£100 a night hotel - it is most DEFINITELY not a £300 plus per night that it charges. Old, dusty, basic, uncomfortable, plain rooms, TERRIBLE breakfast in terms of poor quality, very limited range of foods and terrible service. The staff range from very friendly and polite to very poor and rude and disinterested. We are sorry but all of us who stayed in this hotel recently all agree we will NEVER stay again- a premier Inn or other mid market hotels offer so much better value for money and a far superior breakfast at other hotel in manchester. if this hotel was under a £100 a night you could accept the basic lower standard offering but do not pay more to stay here - you will leave so disappointed

Lovely few days spent in this hotel, ticked all the boxes fabulous Executive King room. The only thing missing was maybe a mini fridge that’s just being picky. Bar area and drinks all good, never made breakfast but what I saw looked very good. The hotel is in a good location, would definitely recommend.

I'd definitely stay again
Great hotel - centrally located, comfortable beds and fantastic staff. Only improvement I'd mention is bread & pasties could be fresher and coffee could be better. I'd definitely stay here again next time in Manchester.
