The property has a lovely beach front and excellent service. The pools were cold and there is no hot tub. Also with such a large resort it takes a while to retrieve things from your room.

Everything was great and all the precautions they took during covid. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay. I will be returning after the pandemic to be able to enjoy all of their a activities and amentities without restrictions.

The resort is beautiful but needs to be renovated. The outside needs to be painted. And the rooms need to be updated - old and can’t be cleaned.

The property was beautiful and wide open with so much to appreciate. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I had a great week stay and would definitely go back to this location. The only downfall was that a lot of the restaurants/bars/facilities weren't open; and that may be because of Covid or bc it was Thanksgiving and it's offseason. But other than that, it was great. The room service food was outstanding!

This place is nice but you can tell it's lacking on upkeep/maintence. I am not sure if it's because of the pandemic or what. We enjoyed our stay, food & staff were great. There are many areas of the grounds that have been neglected for sure! Overall we had a nice stay, not sure we would be back though.
