The staff was great and very helpful. Lack of definition of space, ie no door to the bathroom closet area was just a shelf on the wall. I was expecting more luxury for the prices but the beach access and the staff made up for that.

Everything was very nice. Music on beach was too loud. Roaming sales people a little annoying. Service was excellent! Food and drink great. Could have used wash cloths in the room.

This hotel is absolutely terrible, will never ever be back there. to begin with the water in the sink is literally salt water, there is no quite anywhere the hotel is so loud u cant even rest even in your own room ! will never ever be back there ! worst experience we ever had in a hotel !

Great boutique hotel
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All of the staff were super helpful and waited on you hand and foot. It is located on the beach and there are boutique stores in walking distance. The food and drinks were very good. The only cons i can add is the rooms are small and the beds were a little hard but it did not spoil the stay.

Awful stay! Construction and beeping noise!!!
I will never stay here again. Even though they have an amazing looking pool, they are right on the road and all you hear is constant beeping and construction noise. I wish they would have notified me ahead of time as all stays are non refundable. I had stitches in my foot and they placed me on the third level with no elevator facing the street. When I checked out the next day they refused to give me my money back. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me one wasn’t around so I asked to have them call me. Of course they never did. There are plenty of places to stay in Tulum that are much better than this for the money. Check out El Pez or the Beach Tulum. Both are amazing! Don’t waste your money at this establishment.

Everything about this property is perfection. My boyfriend and I chose it based on online recommendations and reviews, and it way exceeded our expectations. The hotel is gorgeous, the pool scene is fun, the food is excellent, and the staff makes you feel welcome. It's super gay-friendly as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
