A warm and welcoming hotel in Lisboa

A lovely hotel with wonderful people working there. Barbara was fantastic and did everything to make my stay as good as possible. She gave me countless details and information on how to get around Lisbon with public transportation and things to do during my stay. She was extremely responsive to all my needs, I can’t thank her enough!! Her coworker who was there when I checked out, carried my extremely heavy suitcase down the stairs when my taxi arrived. A huge thanks to her and all the staff working there.

It was very clean bathrooms were very nice with shower stall. The receptionest at the front was really helpful and her english was great as well. Pool is not heated but still managable and had a very nice seating area. Will go again fir sure.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Lisbonne. L'accueil à l'hôtel a été très chaleureux. En revanche, nous avons du déménager nos affaires deux fois sur les 5 jours passés à cause d'un dysfonctionnement de la porte entrée qui ne se fermait pas. Le bruit était également très dérangeant, très mal insonorisé nous étions toujours réveillé peu importe l'heure du jour où de la nuit. Pour ces raison notre séjour a été un peu décevant.
