This was a nice & clean hotel. Parking is on site. Staff was friendly & helpful. This hotel is 6 mins away from Hershey & the Tanger Outlets by car.
Staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good, even though it was limited due to the pandemic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It was a very nice stay except for the fitted sheets did not fit the bed and there was a big bug in the room
There is a manager there who had a horrible condescending attitude. I saw another review before staying there about staff not assisting with minor problems but didn’t think much of it. However, I saw it first hand. I don’t know the managers name, but she was shorter and brunette and had a very condescending attitude and spoke down to customers. It wasn’t just one of us in our group either. Several of us encountered it. One time asking for milk for my young son at 9:59 am because they took the breakfast away a little early... said “Breakfast ends at 10. I’ll give you one- but that’s it - we don’t just give away milk” another in incident with this manager was after a family member reserved pool time and wellness center time the night before, this manager was adamant about the gym being closed, however after further questioning from my family member the manager admitted “she had been away on vacation and wasn’t aware they re opened the gym.” After confirming it with someone else. With things constantly changing these days, it’s not too hard to expect people to communicate these changes as they happen. There were a few other situations involving her as well but I won’t go on a long rant... I work in customer service, I understand it’s hard on some days if you yourself are having a bad day, however, to take out your frustration on SEVERAL customers, is not professional at all.
Fairly nice hotel. Had sticker on the door saying the room had been cleaned and sanitized. Entered the room and used the restroom and there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. Told the front desk they didn’t seem to care much. Other than that it was fine. Has a weird rear entrance that must flood because there were sandbags ready to put out.
It was very clean and very attentive to our needs. The refrigerator in the room had an issue that made all of our stuff get wet, but it was cold - they may want to look into fixing that - Im sure they can not address the handicap rail in the middle of the shower but I am sure it is there by some code but it was annoying
The room we booked was not available at check in. We were given a smaller room with no sofa bed. Same price charged.
I stayed on the first floor. Strong, musty smell in room. Staff was nice though.
The overhead lighting in the rooms all need ro be changed. I was VERY concerned about the flickering lights affecting my som who suffers from epilepsy. However the staff was very apologetic about not being able to change the bulbs since we arrived at night. Everyone on staff was awesome.
The location of the hotel is very close to all the great attractions at Hershey, PA. It is very cost effective for the room. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. The only thing I did not like was the only entrance is the main entrance. More entrances would be convenient from the parking lot.
