A Reasonable Breakfast
This hotel offers a 24-hr grab & go breakfast. Guests can choose their items, including yogurt, juice & fruit. During these COVID-19 times, many hotels offer no breakfast or a bag with packaged pastries. I appreciated this extra effort to offer choices.

This property was in the midst of renovations and I was not aware. When I told the front desk manager, who actually lied about her position, she responded rudely explaining that it was posted on the website. I checked in anyway. I took my things up to the room and the manager asked if I was having a party. I told her no and my family was just helping me. After a few minutes, she called the room again telling me the room capacity rule. I told her they were leaving. She responded with, “They need to leave right now!” Then, she told the guests that she was calling the police. This was with no noise disturbance or complaints. I called back to explain and she continued to be rude and told me that she was calling the police. I asked for my money back and she said I “should” get a refund within 3-5 days but she would not guarantee anything. She told me that she could call the police to escort me out if I would like that. I packed up my things and was met at the door by police officers. One of the guests called her a racist, and she responded, “Yeah, I’m a racist.” This was the worst experience of my life and it ruined my daughter’s birthday night. I still haven’t received a call back from the hotel. The front desk clerk should never work in this business again because she was unnecessarily rude, and nasty.

The place was being renovated and the pool was out of service. Not mentioned prior to booking! Not happy at all because the pool was why I booked to have grandkid use. The ironing board was broken and had to lay it on the bed to use. This hotel is not worth $110 plus taxes. I would have left if I wasn't in a short on time.

Room smelled extremely musty like a wet basement. I should have asked for a different room but i dont like to complain and i figured we were just there to sleep. However our air wouldnt work in the middle of the night. My husband and I both woke up at 4am with migraines. Took some advil and went back to sleep til 10am bc we felt so awful. I left there with a scratchy throat and a cough!
