It was a great stay. The pool was open which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, but it was pretty cold in there being that it was only like 5° outside, i feel they should have turned the temp up about 5-10° in the pool area since it was in the vacinity of the main entrance.
As far as the customer service there is a young man there very sweet and helpful the older lady is also but I feel like that they don't know how to compromise I have been there multiple times with the kids and never had a problem until now people knocking on the door complaining about the kids if they had a problem they should have went to the front desk and they should have been moved because I pay my money this as well if everybody else and from the start they knew that I was going to bring kids like I have did before and then have a problem but they put us on the third floor
Not very clean. Old and beat up property. Convenient to I-80 but that is about it
Room was not very clean. There was a used wash cloth in the shower and goldfish crackers on the floor.
Excellent stay!
When I was there I couldn’t stay because me and my girlfriend found bedbugs in the mattress and the pillows and the bottom of the bed. The manager is giving me the running away saying they don’t have bed bugs and I took pictures and videos and there are bugs everywhere on that bed. I will not ever stay there again I also had to call the manager 5 times in one day but the staff kept saying she was busy this was a bad experience.
I liked everything except breakfast. I'm sure things changed because of covid but breakfast was very basic.
Was a good stay , my only complaint is the sack breakfast
The hotel provided what I needed, which was a bed for the night. The pillows were the highlight of the stay here. Water pressure in the shower was no where to be found. There was hair in the washcloth as well. The hotel is outdated far as carpet and the elevator could definitely use some upkeep as well.
Everything was as advertised. It was clean and comfy and close to restaurants and pharmacies. It was quiet and I felt safe. The parking lot was lit very well.
