Stay was pleasant only complaint was the shower plumbing. The shower head was difficult to adjust due to the attachment of the shower rack being placed too close to it and the adjustment handle was loose making it hard to adjust the temperature. As a side note the shower door kept opening on its own while taking a shower. With all this said our stay was pleasant the housekeeping and front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

2 night stay 8/30 & 8/31/22.
Staff, stay & facility was very good. Only issue was West Wing Elevator was out of order & did not work. They did notify customers & offered to assist with luggage transport, but the notice was over 1 week old. Should not take over 1 week to get an elevator repaired. Especially when some guests are Senior Citizens.

Air conditioning on ground floor was out due to a fire (!) in the system the day or day before we arrived. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" just a curt "the guest rooms upstairs are fine." Still wasn't fixed when we checked out two days later. The elevator in our wing was also out of commission. A discount would have been appropriate.
