I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Sharonville Ohio. I have never been disappointed. The staff is always helpful and very welcoming. We will be back again.

Hurt and disappointed
The place was very noisy! They allowed kids to run around unsupervised. Also the place smelled of weed. When I complained they moved me, but still did nothing about the people smoking inside the hotel. The smoking caused the smoke alarms to go off and the fire department had to show up. Also when they moved me they moved me to a room that was not the same accommodations as what I paid for with the first room. So, they had to move me again. The management was not helpful at all and did not care about making me and my family comfortable. It’s sad to say that I travel a lot and have been to many hotels, but this one was the worst I have ever stayed in. I will never stay here again nor recommend this hotel.

Good stay, with some bumps...
I booked this hotel last minute. My daughter had an appointment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital the next morning and I didn't plan on staying overnight, but last minute the weather proved otherwise. I called to let the front desk know we would be there until about 1am. She was friendly and nice. When I got there, she was still the same. Very helpful with the questions I asked and had a warm personality. I asked for a noon check out but she you me she'd give me a 1p just in case the appointment went over. Amazing cause I was definitely gonna need to nap before returning home after only 2 hours of sleep. The next day's front desk lady was the opposite. She never informed housekeeping that my check out was 1p so they came knocking at 12:15p and woke me up only 15 minutes after I laid down which caused me to not be able to go back to sleep. Then at 1:01p we were walking out of our room and the phone rang. I dropped all our bags to answer the phone just to hear a nasty tone over the line telling me it was past check out and I needed to leave. Uh yes I know.. I was halfway out the door when you so rudely called. That was just the icing on the cake after getting woke up. Overall, it was nice and I would probably stay there again... but I think some staff members need a retraining.
