It was clean, breakfast was lovely. Hotel is close to underground station.
Friendly staff. Good choice at Brekfast. Location good. Beds not great quality. Family room small.
Once you're on the formerly non-smoking side of the building the rooms are fine (one side of the building used to be smoking before it was banned and the old smoke smell is still there). The reception people were very nice in switching us to the quieter and non-smelly side of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and of a nice size for London, and their breakfast is also fine. The bedding was very comfy. Only weird thing was the day we were checking out there was a strong bleach smell coming from the cleaning supply trolley in the hallway that we could smell all the way into the room. Since we were leaving anyway, we weren't too affected by it, though I hope it's safe for the nice ladies who are cleaning the rooms since they're breathing in that stuff all the time!
What do you want me to say, i just ticked excellent in every box isn't that saying enough.
Excellent place to stay when traveling with kids! Travel cot was supplied to the room and all!
No complaints at all, very good hotel, friendly staff and good service.
Nice clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. WiFi, breakfast all you need for quick stop over in London. If you call taxi from you hotel know that it's not proper taxi but it's a normal car and they cannot go into taxi) bus lanes so if you are in a hurry get your taxi from somewhere else. Our taxi was just terrible we sat down into a smoke filled car..and it took as ages to get wherever need to go. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. All good.
It was really a bad experience, on one day there was no water supply in the hotel, but when asked the hotel staff did not even bother to help.
The room was clean, the food was decent and in a good location.
Nice hotel, clean, good amenities. Easy half hour walk to Tower Bridge etc. Nice breakfast but can be super busy at peak times. Would stay again.
