It was a very old building that had rooms from the 80 s. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable,also a size smaller than advertized. Not worth the 175 charged.

Room without a view - very disappointing
We were looking forward to exploring Peterborough and staying in at the Peterborough Inn and Suites in the heart of downtown. When we arrived at our room, one small window - the room was very dark. Opening the curtain we were shocked to see nothing but 3 large white walls, and looked into a large tunnel. We asked to move rooms, the attendant said they were fully booked. However, minutes before when we checked in he said they weren't that busy. He said all of a sudden people showed up and the hotel was fully booked. Very disappointed in our stay there.

Room is in need of some renovations. Outlets are loose, mismatched paint patches, black-out curtains don't fully overlap. AC units are window mounted. Location is excellent, but the practicality is the strongest point of this location.
