Housekeeping personnel without face cover. Very unclean. Hair on bed sheets. We had to move out.
Usually we have a good experience with Red Roof but this time was awful. We were given the wrong room three times, each one hadn’t been cleaned and the final one we ended up in wasn’t even the room we ordered but it was late so we just settled. We ordered deluxe and paid for it but we were put in standard and it was filthy. There was blood on the walls of the bathroom
Was moved 4 times before I got a room that was usable. One room the toilet didn’t work, wasn’t flushed and garbage in the tank behind the toilet. One room no heat (35 outside)
Room was less than adequate. Non smoking but smelled of old smoke. AC unit completely rusted and broken. Loud until 2 am. Bathroom moldy and mildewy.
I reserved a room for Wed the 14 to Thurs the 15th. The Front desk clerk Was a Good Human Being. He was responsive to our request for a specific room but we immediately found the room to have an old odor he was already in the works to solve from a previous guest. He did us a solid a quickly changed rooms but unfortunately the alternate room had dirty sheets. The room appeared to just had the sheets pulled back to make the room available..The sheets had pet hair and a large dirt spot where someone would lay there head. He (the front desk clerk) gave us another room a couple doors down and this one was tidied and decent for one night and one night only.
Stay was horrible, the two days that I rented the room from the start the room did have a remote for the tv, no shower curtain, two big towels, smell like it just been sprayed for bugs, while watching the game roaches started to come out, as I went to use the restroom roaches in there, so I call front office, and she told me that I would have to wait until the morning around 8 to switch to another room, I had to be at work at 5:30 so I stop in the office where the young lady that I spoke with on the phone, and she told me that she don’t know why that they rented me the room because that room is out of order. So right then I asked for a refund, and she told me that I needed to talk to the GM. Fast forward Friday evening I I caught up with the GM Shergio , and he told me do to there policy that he can’t refund my money instead he’ll give me another night if the pest control company find out that it was bugs in the room, I told him that I had proof on my phone, and I showed him.., and once again he’s playing the policy rules, since he didn’t return my money I had to stay another night, up graded my room still the same problem with roaches, and to make matters worse a young man got shot three times, ran through the tunnel and collapse right near my door,R.I.P young man my condolences goes out to his family and friends.so now I can’t move because the got my car blocked in can’t go no where until they finished the investigation, no beers no food and then the game just reach half tim
My stay was awful. My room was not what was advertised. I had one pillow, the wrong remote and the towels were dingy. The shower curtain was so very very nasty. I would NOT refer anyone stay at this hotel/motel. The only positive abiut this awfully nasty hotel was the housekeeper named Lennette and the frknt desk clerk Ray. Whoever owns this hitel should shut it down!!! It just never pays to stay anywhere but the Marriott.......The owners need to take a page out the Marriott`s playbook!!!! The worst htel stay in years. This Red Roof shoukd be condemed and shut down.
This was a pure dump! The floors were nasty, the beds were not clean and there was trash piled up in the hallways. We took one look and left! We stayed there three or four years ago and it was clean and very nice and well run but it has declined considerably. We would not recommend that anyone stay there. We left and went to the Hampton, very clean very accommodating and we stay four nights. Would recommend the Hampton to everyone!
No towels or wash clothes in the room, office didn’t even have any
The beds where dirty! Blood and make up still on the bedding +
