Within an hour of arrival the car parked next to mine had a window busted out and the tires slashed. The room was clean on the surface but exposed wires under the cook top ,crumbs/trash in he drawers, cobwebs an the ceiling above the cabinets, and burn marks in the comforter show ot wasn't truly clean

It was very well priced. Especially for having a stove, microwave, and Fridge. The hot water in sink didn’t work well and I was disappointed there was no iron available. Not even per request. No coffee in room or in lobby area. I had to go next door to a convenient store.

Staff seems overworked. Outside was dirty. Room was decent but ran down. Card maker wasn’t working only 1 staff available. Lots of extra fees. Area is sketchy

The front desk quit as I arrived. Apparently had a panic attack and had to go. Sat in the office for almost an hour waiting for management to come cover(I understand they cant just be there at the drop of a hat when someone quits like that) There was a lot of criminal activity throughout the hotel. Trash left outside quite a few rooms along with empty beer cans scattered. They had no room keys for us at all for the first night. If I was traveling alone, I wouldnt have been able to get my belongings from my vehicle and into my room because of the security door the blocked the stairway and elevator. Had to have my son stay on the other side of the door to let me in. It was honestly the worst experience I've had in a hotel, and I've stayed in 50+ over the years.
