Supposedly for airport travelers with a free Lyft service BUT when we arrived at 9:30 PM the hotel employee did NOT tell us Lyft only picks up at Door 1 and Outside Lane so we waited 20 minutes in PHX's coldest night of 2022 - Lyft driver did NOT give door # either, kept saying "the Lyft stop" - but where? Had to return inside & ask a porter who knew... Lost 30 minutes & blue fingers.
Next morning had Zoom conf. call at 10 AM. At 9:15 AM asked maid (next door) to make up room BEFORE 10 AM - she did NOT and LEFT us with NO service. When we returned from a business meeting at 3:40 PM, desk clerk said "Maids leave at 3:30 PM" so NO room services - only 2 new towels brought 1 hour later.
On arrival after Airport mess, clerk told us he was "upgrading" us BUT it was the Identical Room we had booked Except someone had swiped all the soap, amenities so Nada. Room was OK clean; bed was OK; Breakfast was good - but Desk clerks & Maid services are ZERO at this property. Oh yes, NO restaurant or food room service - downstairs are frozen dinners you can Microwave. And it calls itself a Mariott (?) NOT.
