We didn’t a handicap assessable room. And they said they couldn’t switch us. So I had to go all weekend without a shower. No safety bars in shower. So I knew I wasn’t safe to do it. And then they charged us 350.00 for valet parking which we had to use. And didn’t see a charge for parking.wasn’t a great weekend.

Staff very polite/helpful. Nice hotel and great location (short walk to Santa Monica Pier). They also let us check in a little early. The only thing is our electrical outlet in bathroom wasn't working. Hard to blow dry your hair. We didn't request a room change, just made do. Also we never got room service (not sure if that was part of my package). I have opted out in other hotels but didn't recall anything to that effect here. We only needed more towels and tp anyway which we were able to get when the cleaning staff were passing in the hallway. Overall, a very good stay. Would recommend.
