Room was okay. Neat and comfortable. Air-conditioning was cold and alright. A bit sandy inside the rooms and on the bed sheets but understandable as this is a beach resort. Checking in was quick and efficient. Checking out a bit messy because there's nobody to check who was queing up first at the counter awaiting our turns. Some guests just walked to the front and jumped queue without considering there are others before them. Counter staff did nothing to inform the impatient guests. Overall, a good and relaxing stay so the checkout part can be overlooked but definitely needs to improved.

Was a fine place, the staff was very friendly. A little dated, but everything was there that was needed. Breakfast was excellent, a great mix of western and local foods. Great escape from the city, and small but beautiful beach.

Pleasant stay. Felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveller. Food: good choice of local and international dishes. Staff very helpful and attentive. Room a little tired around the edges.

I like this property as It is in a good location with its own private beach and the sea & mountain view are very good. However, the property is old and needs updating. The standard of the breakfast is also not very good and it is going downhill compared to the last time I have been here.

Needs updating but nice location
We attended a wedding here which was beautiful, up at the hilltop section. The surrounding areas are stunning too. We had asked for help from reception to do with timings and were told the incorrect information which nearly made us miss the wedding. The room was spacious but smelt of smoke. The breakfast was good.

breakfast is the same menu for the 3 days we were there. room has musky smell. we were bitten by bed bugs on the last night. the surrounding trees and mount santubong, were the added bonus.
