Breakfast was amazing, we took a shuttle to the airport and the nearby mall. This is a little out the way, beyond the fantastic meal and great shower and great breakfast, I would recommend 1 night only, as nothing is close by, but perfect stay for night before flight.

The room was small but okay for one night. It was a place to sleep. Hallway smells like smoke. The breakfast was delicious with many choices and it was great to have a convenient store downstairs.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was great, even though we stayed for 1 night only for easy access to the airport—which is just 5 minutes away via the free hotel shuttle. The room was big, comfortable, and clean, as was the bathroom. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were super friendly. There is also a 24/7 FamilyMart, a drugstore, and a souvenir shop right inside the hotel, so you have everything you need under one roof. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. Quick and easy shuttle from the airport, full restaurant, Family Mart, drug store and a really nice pool/fitness center. The only thing of note is that the pool/fitness center is an additional fee. Totally worth it though. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a family!

10/10 Exceptional

First night in Japan and this hotel did not disappoint! It definitely should be somewhere to stay if you’ve got a later in the day/ night flight into Narita and don’t want to travel very far. Handy with the included shuttle service to/from the airport. Everything from the room itself (had everything required for a decent night sleep and good shower after a flight) and then to have breakfast buffet also the next morning before making our way back to the airport- would definitely stay here again if the scenario repeats itself.
