Very central location. Ideal for walking to all the local bars and restaurants. Be careful you have to climb into the bath to take a shower, very easy to slip and the edging tiles on the edge of the bath are very sharp. I managed to slip and scraped the skin off my shin...Ouch😱

I did like the staff attitude:: very professional and kind. A few examples follow below: 1. They upgraded my room type to sea view. 2. I was a bit late for breakfast time, but the nice lady in charge to retrieve breakfast items, got me covered by bringing me the item back. This was lovely. I worked for more than two weeks in the desert of Atacama and was very tired that morning that I almost missed breakfast!!! She saved my day! 3. nice late check out 4. fast internet What I liked less: - My two bed room was a bit small compared to other same rate hotels, and a bit pricy - no minibar. I do not actually care for the minibar, but I am carrying items requiring refrigeration and I was not able to refrigerate them. - small shower and restroom

Front Desk staff and Breakfast staff are welcoming and friendly; desk staff are knowledgeable and accommodating; the staff are prepared always for our visits, and understand the meaning of good client service. I have stayed at this property multiple times, and enjoy the atmosphere presented by the professional staff.

A very good hotel to stay in Antofagasta
This hotel is a very good choice while staying in Antofagasta. Their facilities are good, there is no restaurant on site, there are plenty of restaurants in the area (and some are very good) the parking on site is free and underground. The front desk staff is very good and attentive. The rooms (I stayed in the 10th floor) are very good, spacious, I had a great view of the ocean, a very good room without a doubt. Their breakfast is decent, I would not consider it special, it’s very basic really, but, then again is free. Overall a very good stay, I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was quite comfortable. They do a very good breakfast as well. The only concern has been internet speed.

No hay servicio de aseo a la habitación
Mala esperiencia. Por COVID-19 no hay servicio de limpieza lo cual me parece solo una forma de ahorrar dinero en servicio pues al llegar la habitación está limpia. Quien hace ese aseo? Un robot? Es absurda la medida. Pedi que destaparan lavamanos y nunca lo hicieron pues no había servicio de Mantencion.

Un buen hotel en general, el servicio no fué tan amable como esperaba, no hay servicio a la habitación, pedí un vaso y me dijeron que no tenían quien lo suba y tuve que bajar yo mismo a recogerlo
